Despite my lack of religion:

The tides have changed again. Prayers will resume, to a god that will not interfere with human life. Unheard prayers, that let me sit in darkness. How can i believe in a god that All Knowing, All Seeing, and All Powerful. This must be some sick joke.

I say this prayer every once in a while:

‘“Almighty God’ I was taught to know you, to love you, to be with you at all times. But I sit here in the darkness, without your love. Unanswered prayers leaving me to suffer through a life that is unbearable. Yet i still sit here, damaged and too afraid to let go. I pray to you, let the pain end… please. I am far beyond from repair, but still can be mended to. All I ask of you God is to end the pain. Help me find the man that will treat me right. To help me through telling my dad that I am gay. I need him to be with me 100% of the way. If you help me God, I will be devote to you from now till the end of my time here on Earth.

Amen”
